Today we’re celebrating waffle day in Sweden. So I thought I’d share my favourite recipe for waffle batter. It’s super easy!
Whisk 2 dl of weat flour with 2 dl of double cream. Make sure to whisk it hard to avoid lumps. Add 2 dl of ice cold sparkling water. Add the water little by little and again, whisk hard to avoid lumps. Add a little bit of salt if you want to. Done and ready to bake.
